Experience Art in an Immersive Setting

Velaras Venues are designed to create distinctive, private, and intentionally exclusive environments to engage with and potentially acquire significant art. Unlike traditional galleries or art fairs, these spaces combine gallery-scale presentation with inviting residential-style settings that reveal how carefully curated works can elevate and transform a space.

The LAB Seattle is the first realized example of this concept. Certain areas function more like immersive living environments, while others retain the openness and scale of a gallery. The result is a setting where spending hours with a work over a long dinner or intimate gathering creates a fundamentally different appreciation than briefly encountering it in a crowded fair or gallery.

The LAB Seattle also hosts and is available on a limited basis for private viewings, small gatherings, and events centered around art, design, food, wine, and culture. Together, these venues reflect Velaras’ broader belief that significant art is best understood as part of a thoughtfully curated setting.
